We have two enameling factories in Ningbo, Zhejiang, which manufacture around 20,000 metric tons of enameled copper wires per year. Now we are building another factory in Jiangxi Province with planned production capacity over 10, 000 metric tons yearly. In 2007, our production capacity is expected to be more than 30,000 metric tons per year.
In 2007, we adopted machines produced by Austrian Suppliers, the best enameling machines manufacturers in the world. The Austria machines can produce enameled copper wires in very high DV value and so guarantee the reliable quality of the enameled copper wires that can be used under the strictest application conditions.
The sizes we manufacture are from 0.030mm to 3.20mm (SWG 50-SWG 10).
The executive standards are such IEC 60317 (popular in Asia, Europe & Africa), JIS 3202 C (popular in Japan), NEMA MW (mainly popular on America) . |
